Lincoln Financial Names New Senior Business Development Director on Institutional Retirement Distribution Team

RADNOR, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

Lincoln Financial Group’s (LNC) Retirement Plan Services business today announced that Shawn Daly has been named Senior Business Development Director on its Institutional Retirement Distribution (IRD) team. Daly is responsible for working with national and regional independent registered advisor and consulting firms in the mid-west region of the country. He will help advisors, consultants and their respective firms differentiate themselves through strategies to enhance brand awareness, solidify client relationships and grow their retirement practices. Daly reports to Jason Key, IRD Head of Business Development for Lincoln’s Retirement Plan Services business.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Daly was Vice President of Business Development and Operations for Prudential Retirement. During his tenure at Prudential he’s held several sales leadership positions including Vice President, National Partner Operations and Integration, Vice President Advisor Relations and Assistant Director of Retirement Sales, among others. Daly also held a position at UBS Financial as an Investment Associate early in his career.

Daly received his bachelor of art degree from The University of Connecticut and a master’s degree in business administration from Excelsior College. He holds series 7, 63, 65 and 24 FINRA licenses.
